MINIMUM BEND RADIUS : Dimensions given are for flexing application. For static condition 60% of the value should be used.
WORKING PRESSURE : Working pressure are quoted for fluid Temperature at 20°C. Higher fluid Temperature will result in a lower working pressure. These modified working pressure can be calculated using the TEMPERATURE CORRECTION CHART.
TESTING : All hose assemblies are hydraulically tested before being despatched.

Pressures
WORKING PRESSURE : The maximum service pressure To which 0 hose assembly should be subjected. Pressure fluctuation to be considered while selecting the hose.
TESTING PRESSURE : One and half of The actual working pressure, never exceed the rated test pressure.
MAXIMUM RATED TEST PRESSURE : The maximum pressure at room temperature to which a standard hose assembly should withstand without harmful deformation.
PULSATING PRESSURE: Pressure that fluctuates above and below the normal working pressure. If the pulsations are significant margin to be provided while selecting the hose.
SHOCK PRESSURE: A sudden pressure increases with shock wave pulse above the normal working pressure. This will effect the service life of the hose. If this situation’ is encountered the peak pressure must not exceed 50% of the maximum working pressure.
